My Story
Alcohol, addictions, dysfunctional relationships, and drama. All of it served as a catalyst for self-awareness and a deep, evolving understanding of the dense energetic structures that constitute shame and unworthiness, and what it takes to heal from them.
This is an education that doesn’t come from a book, but it came from walking through a very long and arduous labyrinth, that felt to me, like there was no exit point.
I held within me the deepest of sexual trauma wounds, what I call the ‘Feminine Stain of Shame’, and no matter what I did to heal myself, that stain remained for many years until I was 61. It wrote the script of my existence, to the extent that I didn’t know who I was without it.
As I approached 30, I had continuous health problems. I developed severe gut issues, migraines, headaches, cancer, acute muscle pain, and an endless list of food sensitivities from years of sugar, alcohol, prescription drugs and suppressed trauma.
After wretched years of constant attacks, I prayed for healing and eventually help arrived. Homeopathy, Kinesiology and dietary changes were all instrumental, and most importantly trauma release work.
These issues were not going to change with just a positive mindset. I needed professional help. I tried, Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Inner Child, EMDR, Havening, The Journey, MAP, Energy Healing, Tantra, Plant Medicine, Shamanic Healing, Breathwork and Tapping. I was relentless in my search for healing.
Core wounds create journeys, sliding door moments. What do I do now, go there, stay here, give up, hide, cave in? There was always a choice. Sometimes it was easier to hide, for a while. Rest and recovery are important. So is evolving, and choosing to release the dense, energetic structure of the past, and running, wholeheartedly towards the light. Only then, the light chose me, and the darkness finally released its grip.
I found an exit point out of the labyrinth.
My Approach
I see clients in London, W1, and Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire. If travelling is inconvenient, or simply too far, then rest assured that the techniques I offer are just as effective online. I have international clients, via Zoom, that have experienced the profound benefits of MAP and HART. Please refer to my testimonials.
If you choose face-to-face, our time together will take place in private therapy rooms, where the emphasis is on confidentiality, privacy and comfort. The importance of a safe, contained space is my priority, allowing you to feel that you’re in the most supportive environment to facilitate the change that you seek.
My Journey to Discovery
My Mission
My 25 years extensive experience as a Hypnotherapist, Energy Healer, Inner Child, and Trauma Release Therapist, gave me insight into the stories of numerous emotionally traumatised and wounded women. I listened, I learned, and I wanted to help, regardless of financial constraints and accessibility. This ignited my passion to create resources and processes that help women heal, albeit on-line programmes, books, courses, videos, group sessions and face-to-face meetings.
An Energetic Upgrade. A New Life
As we heal and awaken to our authentic power, a new ‘base line’ is set for the entire feminine collective to heal their past wounds. Core feminine wounds run deep in our DNA, and we carry that ancestral energy with us, we are born with a disempowered deficit. But rather than perceive this from a negative perspective, this can be used to our advantage. Why? Because it creates a fierce desire for change, to move forwards with purpose and determination into freedom. I believed for many years that I was a victim, powerless, damaged beyond repair, a nobody. I didn’t believe that life could change, but I kept going anyway, I kept searching for answers, for relief and healing. Deep within there was a spark of light that was never extinguished, and it remained until I stood strong. It is within you too.
This shift in consciousness is gaining momentum, just like a snowball tumbling down a hill. Nothing can stop it.
Life in the Shadows
The shadow always contains a lesson that we must learn, before it reveals the exquisite diamond within it. I believe we are at the forefront of a new potential that didn’t exist before. The Feminine Collective is healing its way into heart-centred consciousness, as we evolve beyond the constraints of the past and thousands of years of patriarchal control. When we align with our innate truth, authenticity, and love we become unstoppable and together we create a Heart Awakening Revolution.
