Talking about our feelings can be beneficial and helpful. We are heard and validated, this gives us perspective, insight and clarity, a deeper connection to our inner environment and a realization that we are not alone in our suffering.
LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS
As multi-faceted human beings we have different levels of consciousness, and this needs to be considered when accessing hidden parts of ourselves, that we may not be consciously aware of. Talking about past experiences can be emotive, and triggering, bringing into our conscious mind, something buried deep in our subconscious. Once that memory, or emotional trauma has been activated, talking about it, will not necessarily neutralise it, in a way that will bring a sense of relief and a positive conclusion. Sometimes quite the opposite, because as dormant negative emotions and beliefs are activated, we can feel overwhelmed, reliving the experience again. This is because our subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and perceived reality, and we can feel like that experience is happening all over again. It is quite unsettling, and in some cases dangerous, to discuss past emotional trauma’s without having an effective therapeutic process readily available that can offer immediate relief.
MAP (Make Anything Possible) offers a solution. A process that is safe, effective and non-traumatising and based in neuroscience.
BODY STOREHOUSE
Our body and subconscious are storehouses for our emotional trauma, challenging experiences, events, beliefs and emotions. Everything that has ever happened to us has been locked away in our unconscious, waiting to be activated. Sometimes the Universe has a direct and powerful way of bringing something into focus that needs to be addressed and healed. We may find that we are repeating the same pattern in relationships, allowing ourselves to be mistreated, or we have a behaviour like drinking too much, and life become increasingly unmanageable. We may have buried childhood issues that are just too painful to look at, and yet this is the very thing that will bring life back into balance.
DEEP WOUNDS REQUIRE DEEP HEALING
Healing partly takes place in the conscious mind by activating, through speaking, an emotional trauma, painful memory or negative event. Because deep core wounds reside in the pain body, they create a dense, negative energetic structure, that cannot be cleared with conscious intention and willpower. This is the domain of the Superconscious mind.
SUPERCONSCIOUS THE INFINITE HEALER
Within each of us is the infinite healer, the all-knowing Superconscious mind, it is like a wise inner oracle of truth, and it knows everything about our past, and what needs to be healed in order to achieve a desired positive outcome that is aligned with our highest and best interest. The Superconscious mind takes the guess work out of what needs to be healed, because it is already an expert on all aspects of who we are. It is waiting to work on our behalf, as soon as we become ready and an active collaborator in the process.
WHAT’S REQUIRED
Change is uncomfortable. Being stuck, is even more uncomfortable. When we are mired in a negative energetic structure of past emotional trauma, talking will never offer a satisfactory resolution. Working with our ‘higher mind’ will. Energy, like water, needs to move and flow. Dense energy in the pain-body can shift with the powerful direction of our Superconscious mind, making space for the light to enter, and for more positive emotions to flourish.
A MAP INTO THE PAST
The MAP process has been created specifically to target and treat emotions, beliefs and past experiences that have been locked in the pain-body. It is safe, and non-traumatizing, offering relief and transformation.
